Morning Meditation with Mariana

If you want to have a great day, you need to start it in the right way. How you step out of your bed and the energy you build up at this moment are the most important minutes of your day. Let’s make it count ! One of the most amazing thing you can do is meditating. I know, it looks hard because you are already tired and meditation sounds like you are going to sleep again, but the benefits of meditating early morning are limitless.

Like many successful people, our Rockstar instructor Mariana firmly believes that “A morning routine is the place to start creating the life you have always wanted”. She wakes up every day at 5AM and can’t stop raving about the positive impact it has on her mood.

You have probably already heard about meditation but have you ever given it a try? And what is it all about anyway? 
If we had to sum it up in few words, it would probably go like this:

Sitting still, breathing, finding calm in the hustle and bustle of our daily life, observing our thoughts without judgement, being present in the here and now and practicing self love.

Most people like to meditate in the morning to gently release grogginess, let go of any tension and just sit with themselves for a few minutes before the day start. Wanna give it a try?

I like to meditate in the morning before the day gets started. Meditation helps me detach and let go of things, it gives me perspective and calms my wondering mind. I feel less anxious after I’ve meditated and more equipped to deal with whatever comes my way.  The most important thing to remember is that there is no right or wrong, sitting with yourself for a few minutes is so simple yet so beneficial.
