Who are we looking for?

Cool people with strong personalities — charismatic and able to build a community around them. Funny, sociable, curious, and of course, music lovers. A strong background in Pilates and familiarity with Lagree classes are required.

Do I need to already be a coach?

Yes, but not necessarily teaching Lagree — it can be something related that involves strong knowledge of body anatomy, such as Pilates, weight training, strength and conditioning, etc.

Do you offer the training?

If you are not Lagree-certified yet and we see strong potential, yes — we will cover the certification and train you in everything related to coaching, drawing from our 10 years of experience training the most popular cycling coaches in the UAE. You will learn everything from technique to building confidence, speech and voice coaching, leadership skills, reading a room, interacting with people, body language, and how to captivate an audience. Training is a learning journey that will allow you to become the best version of yourself.

How many classes will I be teaching per week ?

We are looking for freelancers able to teach 2 to 6 classes per week.

Are you providing visas? 

We can provide a visa, but at your own cost, as we are looking for freelancers only.

How is the recruiting process?

You can submit your application, and if selected, you will be asked to teach a 15-minute sequence on our Megaformers on Saturday, November 15th, at our MERCATO Mall Studio.
