Alice

23 years old, Alice is originally from the UK and grew up in Abu Dhabi. After studying for a few years in Paris, she decided to settle back in Abu Dhabi and joined MOTION as a head instructor and community manager. She also hosts the motion podcast channel. For her, the class is not only an intense cardio workout, it also aims to change you mentally and emotionally. Her classes are known for being centred on motivational talks; you leave Alice’s class feeling confident and relieved.
