Who are we looking for?

Cool people with a strong personality, charismatic and able to federate a community around them. Funny, sociable, curious and of course, who loves music. Strong background in Pilates, and familiar with Lagree classes. 

Do I need to already be a coach?

Yes but not necessarily teaching Lagree – it can something related that engage a strong body anatomy knowledge – yoga, weight trainings, strength and conditioning, etc. 

Do you offer the training?

If you are not certified Lagree yet and we see a strong potential, yes we will cover the certification and train you with everything related to coaching with our 10 years experience training the most popular cycling coaches of the UAE. You will learn everything from technique, to building confidence, speech and voice coaching, leadership skills, reading a room, interacting with people, body language, how to captivate an audience, etc. Training is a learning journey that will allow you to become the best version of yourself. 

How many classes will I be teaching per week ?

We are looking for freelancers able to teach 2 to 6 classes per week.

Are you providing visas? 

We can provide visa but at your own cost as we are looking for freelancers only.

How is the recruiting process?

You can submit your application then if you are selected, you will need to teach a 15 min sequence on our Megaformers, Saturday 15th of November in our MERCATO Mall Studio.
